Lionheart Security Services are constantly hiring, and we like to think we are experts on hiring the best security guards around.
We are a security company who are based in the West Midlands. We have staff all over the country and have over 30 years of combined experience. With a team of over 200 staff, there isn’t much in the Security industry that we haven’t experienced. We work events nationwide and we don’t let location stop us from getting the job done!
Our process is pretty simple, if you are interested in starting out in the security industry there are several ways to get started.
Step One: Enquire our available roles.
We have many candidates start this process in different ways, we are available to chat online Monday to Friday. We also have people reach out to us via our website. But the best way is to apply through our roles directly on our Lionheart Recruitment Services Facebook page for each role. We ask for you to make sure when applying/messaging us to include your name and phone number so we can get back to you as quickly as possible! Step Two: Speak to one of our recruitment staff
Shortly after we review your application, we have our recruitment team call you to discuss the role further. They will then set up an interview date. This allows them to get to know you a bit better before setting up the interview time.
Step Three: Interview
Before COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, we would ask you to come to visit our office in Wolverhampton. We now conduct these interviews over the phone. Our team ask about your previous experience and discuss any qualifications you have.
Flexibility is key when applying for a security position, we see a lot of people with decent experience and good communication skills but are only willing to work one area or only night shifts for example.
When applying, a flexible approach is best. The more flexibility, the more chances you have for being booked on for shifts.
Step Four: Booking you in for shifts.
Congratulations! If you are successful, our admin team will process your information and refer to the recruitment teams notes for our bookings system.
Once the application pack has been processed, our bookings team will search our systems through keywords such as location, qualifications, and availabilities. This allows them to find the right people for the right shift.

As you can see from that list security experience is not required! We do work alongside SainTs training, which offers free security training. We hire many staff who do their training with SainTs, and it is a great affordable way to become more qualified within the security industry.
